Sour Foods: Eating or sucking on sour foods such as pickles or lemons can help to ease nausea.
Small Meals: Eating small frequent meals, as many as six a day, can help relieve and alleviate nausea. Larger meals can actually trigger nausea.
Motion Sickness Bands: Motion sickness bands are sold at drugstores. Many women have had success relieving nausea by wearing one.
A Twist Of Lemon: Try adding a small amount of lemon to a glass of water, or, try lemonade. The sour taste of lemon can help to ease nausea, while the water helps to replenish those lost fluids.
