Many women working their way up the corporate ladder have put off childbearing until later only to find finding that fertility at 40 might be a challenge. I will boldly say that I believe, though it may take a little extra work and a little tweaking, fertility at 40 need not be an unreachable goal.
As a mother of 5, I became pregnant with my 5th child at the age of 40.
